ABOUT SARAH
My love for photography began in ninth grade with a no-frills, fully manual Ricoh 35mm film camera. I studied photography throughout high school and earned a BA in Studio Art with a concentration in photography from Stony Brook University. While in graduate school at Rochester Institute of Technology pursuing an MFA in Industrial Design, I made the switch to digital.
I entered industry as a designer in NYC but life had different plans – my husband and I moved to sunny Florida in 2008. Now a full-time photography teacher and yearbook adviser, I have decided to pursue my life-long dream of capturing moments with my (Nikon) camera (in my free time).
I am also a full-time mom to two amazing kids – Charlotte (7) and Gavin (6) and live locally here with my family in Melbourne, FL.
